CPU, memory and storage at a glance.
Click the menu bar icon and the panel opens with three parts: status, AI usage and window controls. Each status row shows the current value, one line of detail and a chart of the last 24 readings.
CPU
Usage and load, with a bar for each core that turns yellow, orange and red as the core fills up.
Memory
Share in use, memory pressure and how much is still available.
Storage
How much of the startup disk is used and how much is left.
Network
Download and upload speed, drawn as two lines.
GPU
GPU usage and the number of GPU cores.
In the menu bar
Click a row for details. CPU, memory and network can also sit in the menu bar as text or a chart.
See what your agents used.
Spill reads the token usage that Codex, Claude Code and Antigravity leave on your Mac. The Token Metering card in the panel opens the dashboard: how much of each limit is left, totals by day, input and cache use, which models ran and which agents are running now. Moru reads the same numbers, so you can check usage without leaving a task.
Caffeine
Keep the Mac awake for a set time, or until you turn it off.
Window controls
Move the focused window to a half, a corner, the centre or another display with Control + Option shortcuts.
Asks only for what it uses
Accessibility is requested only when you turn on window controls. Spill never asks for Screen Recording and leaves other apps' menu bar icons alone.
Stored on your Mac
Usage is kept in a local SQLite store on your Mac.
